This fulfilling recipe is an ideal main course entry with a seafood theme. Scallops are rich in minerals and nutrients and are good for eyes and skin. Instead of using regular mashed potatoes with this preparation, we've included a garlicky potato mash that perfectly complements delicious grilled scallops. You can also add grilled calamari in this yummy recipe. We've also used generous quantity of extra virgin olive oil to elevate the texture and flavor. You can refrigerate grilled scallops for up to 24 hours excluding potato garlic mash. I generally prefer to consume this dish with slightly toasted garlic bread and butter. Let's make this scrumptious grilled scallops recipe in a few easy steps.
