Baby sardines tastes heavenly when grilled with a spicy seasoning. We've done a bit of experimentation with this preparation which came out nicely. If sardines are not available in your local market, use fresh water baby fish generally used in your area. Make sure the fish is fresh to get the best results. We generally serve this recipe with garlic bread though you can consume it with fried rice too. The combination of hung curd and poached eggs is heavenly as they complement each other quite well. The recipe is quite light on spices which can be changed by adding some local seasoning agents. Red snapper fillets can also be used instead of sardines. Let's quickly make this delicious fish preparation.
