Grilled Chicken Wings with Red Pepper and Soy Sauce

On with 0 Comment
Chicken wings are generally made with different seasonings which are either mild or fiery. The following recipe includes a spicy seasoning for the chicken wings to make them an ideal entry for a cocktail party. You can use the same ingredients for chicken breast or legs. The longer you keep the chicken wings in the spice coat; the better will be the result. Instead of grilling, you can also deep fry these chicken wings. In that case, add semolina or dried breadcrumbs within the spice mix to get a crunchy crust. To experiment with the flavor, you can subtract or add local spices in the ingredient list. And, as I always say, do not forget to serve such kind of recipes with an equally spicy and tangy sauce or dip.
