Prawn Skewers with Ginger and Coriander

My family generally prefer chicken skewers and that too spicy. The following recipe uses prawns as the base for skewers seasoned with select herbs and spices. It may not be as spicy as the chicken skewers but the flavor is absolutely wonderful. Depending on your taste, add some more spices like chili flakes to make this recipe fiery. Since prawns are very tender, take care not to grill them for a long time. Serve these grilled prawns with a tangy sauce and onion rings to see people lick their fingers. If you are making them in bulk, refrigerate the marinated prawn skewers and grill them right before serving. Squeezing lime juice on top of these hot prawns can elevate the overall eating experience.
