Fried Chicken Wings with Chili Sauce

Today I present yet another lip smacking snack for your loved ones. These fried chicken wings are spicy, tangy and packed with flavors. The accompanying chili sauce is like icing on the cake. You can use the same ingredients to make fried fish too. The marinade or batter used for these chicken wings should be of right consistency else it will not hold while frying the wings. To get the best results, make slight cuts in the wings to let the batter go deep inside the pieces. Instead of chili sauce, you can also serve mint or coriander sauce with these crispy wings. Before deep frying, do add a small proportion of canola oil in the regular refined oil to get more crispy result. Let's make this yummy chicken wings recipe.
