Beef meatballs can be prepared in so many different ways with different combination of herbs and spices. Today's meatballs have a minty flavor and will liven up your taste buds due to the presence of cayenne pepper. You can use the ingredients used in this recipe for lamb and chicken meatballs too. You can make these meatballs in bulk and can refrigerate them easily for several days. Just before serving, deep fry them for a minute and serve immediately. Needless to say, these meatballs go well with a spicy sauce or dip. If you have a charcoal grill, you can make grilled kebabs with the seasoned mince instead of frying meatballs. Spicy and minty deep fried beef meatballs

Do once make this scrumptious beef meatballs recipe which are flavored with mint and hot spices and deep fried to perfection for an irresistible flavor.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Servings: 5

Ingredients:
  • 500 gm minced beef
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves paste
  • 5 to 6 dried cayenne pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 50 gm ginger (finely minced)
  • pinch of white pepper powder
  • 1 green chili (finely chopped)
  • 1 big onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder (roasted)
  • 1/4 tsp whole coriander seeds (crushed)
  • refined oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Take a large bowl and add minced meat in it.
  2. Add all the ingredients in it except refined oil.
  3. Mix it with your hands for about 3 to 4 minutes till all the ingredients are mixed well.
  4. Heat refined oil in a deep frying pan.
  5. Make meatballs from the seasoned beef mince.
  6. Switch the flame to medium and add meatballs in the oil.
  7. Fry all the meatballs till they turn golden brown.
  8. Take out on the paper to absorb extra oil.
  9. Garnish with tomato slices and mint leaves and serve immediately.
