Minced lamb can be made in several ways and one of the easiest ways to consume it is to use it as a stuffing for patties and rolls. Today's rolls are easy-to-make and are perfect for breakfast and tea time. Vegetarians can use cottage cheese or sweet potatoes to replace the lamb mince. I've made it quite spicy, but depending on your taste, you can reduce the amount of peppers used in this recipe. To get the best results, the dough for these rolls should be made exactly as given in the preparation steps. You can also make pizza with this topping and dough base provided you add some more colorful vegetables. Leftovers of these tasty rolls can be drenched in a vegetarian stew and can be served after a boil. Let's do it!
