I always try to make salad recipe, a complete meal. Beans go well with rice based salad including added ingredients for flavor and color. Today's wholesome salad is rich in antioxidants and prepares in a short time. Use short grain rice for salad that is soaked overnight. Semi dried black olives enhances the taste of this salad. You can also add yellow and red bell peppers in this salad. As always, dressing plays an important role in a salad recipe and you can experiment with it to get a local flavor. Use cherry tomatoes to get the best results. You must serve this salad fresh and should consume it on the same day. Leftovers of this salad can be included in a patty base and can be shallow fried with a batter wrapping.
