Buttery Basmati Rice with Carrots, Green Beans and Peas

On with 0 Comment
Entire Indian subcontinent population consumes rice on almost a daily basis. Basmati is one of the premium quality rice available in this country. The following recipe is quite simple but is rich, nourishing and delicious at the same time. I've included carrots, green beans and peas which can be easily substituted with the popular vegetables available in your local store. The clarified butter used in this recipe can be made easily at home. You can also add some dry fruits in this recipe to further enrich the entire preparation. I generally serve it with spicy chicken curry though it can be relished alone as well. Avoid using short grain rice in case basmati is not available. Let's make this light rice preparation.
