Fettuccine with Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Sauce

Generally I make pasta recipe with a mild flavor. But this one is a fiery preparation that'll liven up your taste buds from the very first bite. Instead of fettuccine, you can use regular spaghetti too. For best results, you red cherry tomatoes and cayenne pepper. I've also added generous amount of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. If you don't like garlic, you can omit it and can replace it with oregano powder. You can also sprinkle chopped rosemary or mint leaves right before serving. Mushrooms and broccoli can further enhance this pasta recipe. For kids, you can reduce the amount of pepper so that it's light on their stomach. I generally serve this delicious pasta with chilled coke and roasted cashew nuts.
