Creamy chicken mushroom spaghetti

Try out this creamy and lip smacking spaghetti preparation which also includes fresh mushrooms and bones chicken chunks flavored with aromatic spices.

Ingredients:
  • 250 gm spaghetti
  • 200 gm boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
  • 100 gm button mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mayo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves (mashed)
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • chopped thyme for garnishing
  • salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Boil spaghetti in one liter of water for about 4 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water and keep aside.
  3. Take a large wok and add olive oil in it.
  4. Once the oil heats up, add mashed garlic cloves in it.
  5. Saute for about 2 minutes and add chopped mushrooms and chicken pieces.
  6. Stir fry on a medium flame for about 3 minutes.
  7. Add sour cream and mayo sauce.
  8. Switch the flame to low and gently stir for about 2 minutes.
  9. Add oregano, white pepper powder and salt.
  10. Immediately add spaghetti and toss it well till all the ingredients are mixed well.
  11. Switch off the flame and place creamy spaghetti on a plate.
  12. Garnish with chopped thyme and serve immediately.
