The fiery pepper sauce used for this recipe makes this starter irresistible. Needless to say, you can use this sauce and seasoning for preparing grilled veggies and other seafood too. If you take mildly spicy food, change the pepper variety to tone down the fiery flavor. You must serve this starter piping hot to enjoy the lip smacking sound. You can also add chicken and shrimp pieces to diversify the base ingredient. If squid meat is not available in your locality, use tiger shrimps without shells.
