Today is yet another tea time snack for the entire family. This multi-layered sandwich contains smoked bacon with fresh veggies and lots of cheese. It also includes a spicy seasoning on different layers to enhance the taste. As always, you are free to experiment with the ingredients included for this sandwich. Vegetarians can substitute bacon with seasoned and light baked cottage cheese. One of the often neglected ingredients of a sandwich is bread. I always make sure that I'm using fresh and the right kind bread for my sandwiches to get the best results. Make these sandwiches fresh and serve with a glassful of chilled fruit juice to see wide smiles on the faces of your family members and friends.
