Corn Tacos with Bean Salsa and Sour Cream

On with 0 Comment
I often stuff seafood in tacos for my kids and family who love them too much. Today's delicious corn tacos are filled with moist bean salsa and seasoned sour cream. Tacos stuffing can be made in almost infinite ways and it all depends on your imagination and the ingredients available in your kitchen. I always prefer crispy corn tacos as they taste better than the regular wheat tacos and obviously are much crispier than the latter. While making tacos, ensure that the entire stuffing looks colorful as it is generally open while serving. That's one of the simple secrets of selling more tacos. Apart from regular boiled beans, you can also add different kinds of sprouts to make these tacos more nutritious and crunchy.
