Quite similar to potatoes, chicken is also a versatile eatable that can be cooked in different ways. Today's roasted chicken includes sautéed and seasoned potatoes with a healthy cottage cheese and tomato salad serving. This makes it a complete meal that can be further enriched with garlic bread soaked in extra virgin olive oil. Use homemade cottage cheese for the salad to get the best results. We've not used a standard dressing for this salad which can be made as per your own taste preferences. If you prefer less oily food, you can grill or roast potatoes in an oven with minimal oil. If you have a small oven, you can chop the chicken into smaller pieces to get it roasted evenly from all the sides.
