Omelette is often undervalued and is regarded as a simple breakfast. But, with some innovation you can certainly make a unique omelette recipe. Today's omelette recipe is easy-to-make and is equally tasty. I've used generous amount of onion and fresh coriander leaves for it. You can also add mint leaves for a unique flavor. You must serve it hot either with buttery toasted bread or with sausages and juice. While adding coriander leaves, do not finely chop them. Use whole leaves to get the best flavor. Do not use red onions as it may spoil the original taste. You can either use normal oil or can use butter for making this recipe. Use of butter can enhance the flavor of the entire preparation.
