Crispy Beef Meatballs with Green Cheese Loaf

Earlier I made beef kebabs which were spicy and vanished from the plates within minutes. Following recipe is made from minced beef and is equally aromatic. I've used the combination of cornstarch and chickpea flour for crispiness as well as for binding the meatballs firmly. Although I've used spinach to cover the cheese loaf, you can use any green leafy alternative available in your area. Use a local cheese that doesn't melt easily. You must serve it hot with meatballs to get the best results. You can also serve a tangy and spicy dip with this recipe to further enrich and enhance this preparation. Remember to use fat-free minced beef for this recipe else meatballs may break while deep frying on a high flame.
