Creamy Tomato Soup with Ginger and Cheese

On with 0 Comment
I always try to use cheese in every soup I make for my kids. Cheese not only makes the soup creamy but also add flavor to it. The following tomato soup has both sharpness of ginger and a creamy texture made from cream and cheese. Although I prefer the regular version of a tomato soup, I've made this one for my family members who prefer a much creamier and rich variant. To get the best results, use red cherry tomatoes as they give a unique taste to this recipe. If you want to be a bit adventurous, you can try adding carrots to this soup. I've added ginger in the form of paste, but you can also add them as julienne. So let's make this creamy, appetizing and delicious soup in a quick way.
