Ingredients:
  • 6 cups ripe pomegranate seeds
  • 20 to 25 mint leaves (finely blended)
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

1. Keep half cup pomegranate seeds aside and blend the rest into a fine paste.
2. Filter this juicy paste through a muslin cloth.
3. Add lime juice, mint paste and salt and mix thoroughly.
4. Serve in a glass sprinkling some raw seeds on top.
