Spiced up lemon curd chicken

Make this tangy and spicy boneless chicken recipe made with hung curd and aromatic spices that can be eaten both as a starter as well as the main course meal.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

  • 750 gm boneless chicken
  • 500 gm curd
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint paste
  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 4 tsp vegetable oil
  • salt to taste


1. Mix all ingredients in curd except chicken.
2. Pierce chicken with fork and mix well in the curd marinade.
3. Seal the marinated chicken bowl with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
4. Taking a greased baking tray and arrange pieces with some distance from one another.
5. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Grill chicken for about 10 minutes.
6. During this period , once change the side and apply some oil on the pieces.
7. Serve hot with onion rings and your favorite sauce.
